Mentoring scheme 2024
In May 2024, We Are Doc Women launched its first ever mentoring scheme. The scheme has already matched 22 women with documentary industry mentors. Over the next 12 months, the mentees will regularly meet with their selected mentor who will guide and support them towards their career ambitions.
